APPLE TABLET (AKA ISLATE) CONFIRMED BY MCGRAW ON CNBC, SUPPORTS E-BOOK FORMAT
No, you won’t see the much talked about Apple Tablet in this video. However, we do have McGraw-Hill CEO Terry McGraw on TV confirming that Apple Tablet will indeed be announced tomorrow. He further goes on to say:
And the Tablet is going to be based on the iPhone operating system and so it will be transferable. So what you are going to be able to do now is we have a consortium of e-books. And we have 95% of all our materials that are in e-book format…The tablet is going to be just really terrific.
This isn’t the first time someone confirmed the Apple Tablet (aka iSlate) on TV, but this is the first time a partner of Apple went into a relatively lengthy discussion about it instead of just answering a simple yes to an inquiry.
Tomorrow’s the big day folks! Stay tuned everyone as McGraw assures us, the Apple Tablet is “just really terrific.”
